Doctor in Management.Holder of three post graduate degrees and one advanced Masters in Management apart from his Ph.D in Marketing and Human Resources Management.
Studied at St.Marys, St.Berchmans,Carmel,Mysore University,Kuvempu University,University of California (UCLA) , Indian Institute of Mnagement,Bangalore (IIM-B) and Alliance University,Bangalore,India.
Married and having 3 children.
Achievements:
Instrumental in starting BPC Power Rentals in 1988 and taking the firm to the top
slot in the field of Power Rentals in Karnataka as its FOUNDER-C E O
Instrumental as initiator in setting up an environment friendly dwelling place-along with others- for 9 like minded families on no loss-no profit basis in a 4.5 acres of farm land on Bannerghatta Road,Bangalore.This successful sustainable model of joint living is been followed by many.
Designed and made the very first fully soundproof mobile generator of our country in 1995, which is now very common in our country.
Designed houses, housing layouts,office buildings and factories ,all without taking any monetary benefit.Designed and provided leadership in the construction of a solar powered environment friendly Church in Bangalore keeping up with the Syro- Malabar Catholic traditions and green principles.
Written lyrics for nostalgic songs and devotionals .
Founder Trustee of ICIER Trust(International Consortium for Innovation and Entrepreneurship Research). Its Vision is to be the first choice provider of developmental services based on high quality research to start-ups, MSMEs and the marginalized entities in the academic and corporate sectors as well as the larger society. The other trustees are very highly reputed professors of International Universities and Senior Professors from IIM-Bangalore.
Mentored many ordinary individuals to successful entrepreneurs and supported financially backward rural families to uplift them economically

Produced and acted in a short film giving socially relevant message
Written and directed many dramas having good social messages.
Written many blogs and articles on topics of social importance especially connecting business and ethics.
Presented seven management research papers in various national and International Conferences .Recently a paper titled "Green HRM - an Emerging Trend in Business for a Better Profitability" got best management research paper award in a national seminar held at Christ University and another research paper titled "Developing Entrepreneurial Managers – How Leaders Can Build A Favourable Organizational Culture" was selected as the best paper at ISME Management Conference last year.
Authored a biography "njan Chavara"- of the social reformer St.Kuriakose Elias Chavara,published by Sophia Books.
